This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the Austrian government and the federal province of Burgenland.
The Association Symposium of European Sculptors is open to artists and art lovers and will be reconstructed and extended as a result of interdisciplinary, art theoretical and archival agendas. Competence of art, science and international networking should secure, manage and develop further the artistic heritage of the International Sculpture Symposium movement, which started from St. Margarethen.
Furthermore, the dialogue with the first generation sculptors within the association is valuable. The thematic focus of the association is arranged in coordination with the Cultural Office of the Province of Burgenland and the Esterhazy Foundation as the landowner. Complementary, external conditions in terms of scientific and widely accessible art theoretical infrastructure are newly created. For this purpose serve events and new memberships (membership inquiry: email@example.com).
